Some instructions on how to use HelpDEZk.

Opening a Request

1. As an user:

Form Instructions:


User: Name of the logged user. *

Area: Request's area. *

Type: Details the problem's type. *

Item: Details the problem's item. *

Service: Details the service that is being asked. *

Reason: Reason for opening the request.

Attachments: Allows attachment of several files describing better the problem.

Subject: Brief of the problem's description. *

Description: Full problem's description. *


* Required Fields


After clicking "Register Request", the request will be registered and sent to the group in charge of that service.
